  My son dropped his nuggets in the floor so I ordered him another. We sat down and just shared my lunch while they fixed his. 20 minutes passed and everyone else was finished eating so I asked about my order and if I could get a refund. Somehow they forgot to make it and I was told I couldn't be refunded even if I never received what I paid for. The cashier was nice though and gave us milk shakes instead but never again.
