  I had a broken crown and needed it fixed fast. I came to Dr. Ross and was anxious about what to expect as well as if I could get it fixed properly. All of my fears turned out to be for nothing. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I got the crown fixed better than it had been to begin with.

  The moment I entered the office, the staff were incredibly customer service oriented. The office is clean and well kept. I like the fact it is not over stated with glitz and glamour. Dr. Fredrickson put me at ease and was very thorough.

  I was going to be out of the area for a bit and had a sort of dental emergency. I called up Dr. Fredrickson's office and they were able to get me in right away without an appointment. Everything was done with a smile and professionally. Thank you.
